HOW TO BOOK THE HALL FOR A SINGLE EVENT

Please complete the Booking Enquiry Form and email to: wvhmc1@gmail.com or phone 07707 489437 to speak to a member of the Bookings Team.

(Please remember that when you state the start and finish time on the form, that you have included sufficient time to prepare the hall for your event and time to clear away afterwards.)

A member of the Bookings Team will check the diary for availability and get back to you within 24 hours to confirm the date or discuss alternatives.

You will then be required to complete a Booking Form and confirm your acceptance of the Hire Agreement (Terms and Conditions).

Once the Booking Form has been returned and payment received, the hall will be booked for your event.
